I was happy with my Rice Cooker Macaroni and Cheese creation as it was, until my mom showed up at my house last weekend with some ground lamb. Since the recipe went over so well with the family, I decided to give it a Greek-style twist. It came out just as good as the first batch which really got my imagination going. All you need to do is follow the original recipe, swapping out your protein, cheese and herbs for an endless array of combinations.
