Pear & Brie Stuffed Chicken Breast

We welcome a new addition to our Test Kitchen. Wenyi is currently a student at the University of Hawaii. She will be bringing us delicious and healthy recipes that continue to showcase the convenience and versatility of Aroma products.
For her debut recipe, Wenyi used the Aroma Grillet to bring use stuffed chicken breasts with pears and brie cheese. Enjoy!

Aroma 3-in-1 Grillet
About 10 min prep time and about 50 min cook time

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
kosher salt and pepper to taste
oregano and rosemary to taste
3 tsp olive oil
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 of a chopped onion
4 tsp sage leaves or 2 whole sage leaves, chopped
1 Bartlett pear, peeled and diced into 1/2 inch pieces
3 oz Brie cheese, skin removed and divided
Sewing string

Start warming Aroma 3-in-1 Grillet to 350º F.
Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the Grillet.
Make a lengthwise cut on the side of the chicken breast in order to create a pocket for stuffing.
Season the inside and outside of the chicken with salt, pepper, rosemary and oregano.
Add onions to the oil on the Grillet.
Sauté until golden/caramelized, about 4 minutes.
Add sage and pear, season with a pinch of salt and balsamic vinegar.
Cook for around 5 minutes or until translucent
Remove from heat and set aside to cool for a few minutes.
Divide onions/sage/pear stuffing and fill each breast with half of the Brie and stuffing.
Using sewing string, tie the chicken breasts closed with one 12 inch or longer piece of string per chicken.
Add 2 teaspoons of oil and carefully lower chicken onto the Grillet.
Cover the Grillet with the provided lid and lower the temperature to around 320º F.
Cook for around 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Cut off the string using either a knife or a pair of scissors.
Serve with rice made using an Aroma Rice cooker and place excess stuffing on top of the rice for added seasoning.
