Marinated Pork Satay

Marinated Pork Satay

Here is a great item for those small plate gatherings. Marinate your pork allowing the flavors to penetrate and then grill. Plate a few of them over rice with crisp vegetables for your next get-together. Make plenty; your guests will want to replenish with more!

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup veg oil
1/4 cup vermouth or white wine
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 lb boneless pork, cut into 1 1/2” cubes

Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a medium sized bowl, mixing well. Add the cubed pork and gently toss until well coated.  Cover with plastic wrap and let the pork marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Heat Grillet to 350º F. Remove the meat from the marinade, drain and then grill the pork about 3-4 minutes on each side or until nicely seared and cooked to desired doneness.
