Here is a perfect example of how healthy and delicious aren’t mutually exclusive. This tasty salmon is filled with omega-3s and a lots of flavor, and almost best of all, it’s so easy to prepare.
1 salmon fillet
1 cup dry white wine (or enough to cover the fish)
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp melted garlic butter (or regular butter works fine as well)
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onion as garnish
In a small pan or bowl, combine your white wine, melted butter, garlic, herbs and hot sauce.
Place salmon fillet into the bowl. Marinate for one hour.
After an hour, set your Aroma Grillet to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Place your salmon steak onto the Grillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill flesh side down for approximately 5-6 minutes before flipping and grilling on the skin side for another 5-6 minutes or until the fish turns slightly opaque. Do not overcook or it will be too dry!
Garnish with green onion and crushed pepper.
