Easy, Quick & Delicious Broccoli Cheese Tortellini


It is one thing to have a fast lunch and it is another altogether to be able to have it at work and ready in just minutes. That’s right, pack these ingredients up in the morning along with your mi Aroma and be the envy of all your co-workers.

1 cup refrigerated tortellini, uncooked
1/3 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup half and half or cream
1/4 cup cream cheese, cut into small pieces
1 tsp pesto

Combine the tortellini, broccoli, broth, half and half and cream cheese in the cooking pot of the mini rice cooker.
Lock the lid and press the button to cook. After it switches to Warm, carefully open the lid, add the pesto and stir to combine.
Leave it on warm for an additional 10 minutes or until you are ready to eat.
Garnish with fresh parsley, Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes.
