3 eggs (room temperature)
¼ cup (4 tbsp) melted butter
1/3 cup flour
1 cup powdered sugar (or ¾ cup for a less decadent level of sweetness)
1 cup hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
2 tsp vanilla extract

Aroma Doveware Mini Pot Set
Serves 4

Pre-heat oven to 425° F
Brush inside of Doveware Mini Pots with coconut oil (or other vegetable oil) and coat oil thoroughly with cocoa powder (or flour)
Whisk eggs in large mixing bowl; add vanilla extract; whisk in butter, followed by flour and sugar.
Stir in hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®) thoroughly and then pour into Doveware Mini Pots, filling them to about 2/3 or ¾ from top.
Transfer (without covers) to pre-heated oven for 18-20 minutes (your oven times may vary; a test is to jiggle the Doveware Mini Pots and see if the top surface moves very little). And note that the cakes will rise and may seep a little bit of “lava” from an edge while baking.
Remove from oven and optionally serve in Doveware Mini Pots after dusting with powdered sugar. Serve with the cover on for extra presentation value! (Alternatively invert cake from Doveware Mini Pots to plate before dusting and serving.)
