Mexican Grilled Corn


Bring out your Aroma 3-in-1 Grillet on a warm summer night and make this delicious version of corn on the cob! This Mexican twist adds some spice and savory flavors, a great appetizer for your next barbecue. Enjoy!

4 ears of corn
1/8 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
grated Parmesan
1 lime
red chili powder (sprinkle desired amount)
salt (sprinkle desired amount)

Heat up your Aroma 3-in-1 Grillet. Remove husks from corn and grill, turning slowly until cooked and slightly browned.

Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, and cilantro. Slather onto grilled corn, and add desired amount of red chili powder, salt, and Parmesan. Finish by squeezing fresh lime juice over corn.
