Honey Mustard Nectarine & Steak Skewers

Is your mouth watering yet? This grilled mustard-marinated steak is enough to make anyone skip out on an expensive steakhouse. The tart nectarines paired with the sweet and savory honey mustard marinade can transform any BBQ to an extravagant and exquisite event!

2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey + ½ cup honey
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic (6 cloves)
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 pound flat-iron steaks
4 large nectarines

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Combine the Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Cut your flat-iron steaks into 1-inch cubes. Place the cubed meat into the Dijon mustard mixture, coat all of the pieces, and let it marinate for at least an hour in the fridge.

Once your meat is properly marinated, preheat your Grillet to 450°F and coat with oil. Cut each nectarine into six wedges. Then, to assemble your skewers, alternate between the nectarine wedges and cubes of steak. Place skewers onto your preheated Grillet and cook until the meat is properly caramelized. While cooking, baste the skewers generously with honey.
