Breakfast Burritos

Don’t have a stove top? You can make scrambled eggs in your Aroma Rice Cooker using the Sauté-Then-Simmer function. Add some toppings and wrap in a tortilla, and you have a delicious breakfast burrito! No need to skip breakfast as this can be made in minutes with easy cleanup.

Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 red pepper, diced
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
salsa
sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
4 tortillas
salt and pepper

Servings: 4
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Directions
Heat rice cooker using Sauté-Then-Simmer function of your Aroma Rice Cooker. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour into inner pot. Add black beans, red pepper, and cilantro. Cook eggs, pulling occasionally to form scrambled eggs. Place on tortillas and top with sour cream, salsa, and cheese.
