Hawaiian Cocktail Sausages

Tired of the same old party appetizers every time the holiday season rolls around? Want to give your party guests or your own family a taste of something a little bit different? Look no further than this recipe! A simple 5 ingredient finger food like this one is what every busy home cook longs for while prepping for the stress that comes along with the end of the year. From company potlucks to neighborhood get-togethers, these Hawaiian cocktail sausages can easily be doubled, tripled, or even quadrupled for however many mouths you’re feeding!

Ingredients
2/3 cup orange marmalade
2 cups BBQ sauce
1 (10 oz) can pineapple chunks, not drained
2 (12 oz) packages smoked cocktail sausages
1 green bell pepper, chopped into bite size pieces

16-Cup Rice Cooker
10-12 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Directions
Toss the orange marmalade, BBQ sauce and pineapple juice into the inner pot of your Aroma rice cooker and give it a quick stir. Close the lid and Steam/Cook for about 8 minutes.

Add the cocktail franks, pineapple chunks, and chopped green bell pepper and continue cooking for 10 more minutes or until the sausages are hot and the sauce is bubbly.

Serve with toothpicks so that you can make your own mini kebab filled with an array of your cocktail franks, chunks of pineapple and pieces of the bell peppers. Enjoy!
