Spinach artichoke dip is always a favorite at parties and potlucks alike. It’s hard to resist a warm cheesy dip paired with chips when you need something to munch on and this recipe will provide just that!
1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 Quart Digital Mi AROMA® Pressure Cooker
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Drain the thawed spinach to make sure no liquid is in the package. Drain the artichoke hearts and finely chop them.
Mix all ingredients together in your Aroma pressure cooker inner pot. Secure the lid closed and cook on the “Beans/Chili” setting for about 10 minutes. Do a pressure release before opening.
The cheese should be melted and bubbly, if it is not then cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Enjoy with pita chips, tortilla chips or bread!
