Ham & Arugula Naan Pizza

It’s hard to come by something better than a warm, freshly grilled pizza. This contemporary  take of a pizza includes a rather new ingredient: arugula. This newcomer provides the freshness that sometimes other heavier pizzas can lack. One-sided and bland, this recipe is not. It can be personalized and customized to perfectly fit your unique tastes!

1 piece of Naan or Garlic Naan bread
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato sauce
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
4 slices ham
1 cup arugula

Aroma 3-in-1 Grillet
1-2 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Preheat your 3-in-1 Grillet to 350°F. Once preheated, place Naan bread onto the Grillet and grill for about 2 minutes on only one side. Flip the Naan over and brush the top side with olive oil then spread the tomato sauce. (The next few amounts can easily be changed depending on your own personal tastes in sauce, meat or cheese!) On top of the sauce, lay flat the 4 slices of ham; try and cover most of the pizza with it. Then, sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese evenly. Grill for about 10 minutes.

Once grilled thoroughly, remove the pizza from heat and top with arugula!
