Spinach Scramble

This breakfast is quick, easy, and nutritious. Spinach makes scrambled eggs more interesting and healthy, and just as easy to make in a rush. Use the Sauté-Then-Simmer function on your Aroma Rice Cooker and you’ll have perfect eggs ready in no time!

1 to 2 cups of baby spinach leaves (depending on desired amount)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped onion
4 eggs
1/4 cup half-and-half
salt and pepper
grated parmesan

Servings: 2-3
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Pour oil into the inner pot of your Aroma Rice Cooker and press Sauté-Then-Simmer button. Once inner pot is heated, cook spinach and onion until browned. Beat eggs and half-and-half in a separate bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into inner pot and cook, occasionally pulling egg to ensure even cooking. Top with grated parmesan and serve.
