Deviled eggs are zesty and served cold, a refreshing snack. Make a green version by adding half an avocado to the yolk filling, creating a pretty spin on this classic appetizer. Using your Aroma Pressure Cooker, these eggs will be done in no time!
Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup water
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
juice of 1/2 of a lemon
1/2 of an avocado, mashed
1 tbsp paprika
salt and pepper
Servings: 12
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Directions
Place eggs in the bottom of your Aroma Pressure Cooker and pour water in. Close pressure cooker with airtight seal and engage beans function, adjusting time to cook for 8 minutes. When eggs are finished cooking, run under cold water until they are cooled. Peel shells off of eggs and cut in half, then scoop out the yolks and place in a bowl. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, avocado, and salt and pepper to taste. Fill eggs with mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
