Avocado Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are zesty and served cold, a refreshing snack. Make a green version by adding half an avocado to the yolk filling, creating a pretty spin on this classic appetizer. Using your Aroma Pressure Cooker, these eggs will be done in no time!

6 eggs
1 cup water
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
juice of 1/2 of a lemon
1/2 of an avocado, mashed
1 tbsp paprika
salt and pepper

Servings: 12
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Place eggs in the bottom of your Aroma Pressure Cooker and pour water in. Close pressure cooker with airtight seal and engage beans function, adjusting time to cook for 8 minutes. When eggs are finished cooking, run under cold water until they are cooled. Peel shells off of eggs and cut in half, then scoop out the yolks and place in a bowl. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, avocado, and salt and pepper to taste. Fill eggs with mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
