Pull-Apart Garlic Bread

Here’s a super tasty dish for you all! It uses pre-made biscuit dough so you know it has to be pretty simple, but don’t let that fool you! All of the garlic and butter really packs in the flavor while making it oh-so good. My friends love when I bring this over because it’s easy enough to eat by just pulling off a piece and popping it in your mouth. Just don’t eat too many, because… well you know. There’s a whole stick of butter.

dough for 12 biscuits (usually 1 and 1/2 cans)
1 stick of butter, melted
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

ADC-103 2.5 quart Dutch Oven
12 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and allow it to preheat.

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic, parsley, olive oil, cheeses, and seasoning. Set it aside.

Cut each raw biscuit into fourths, by cutting down the middle and then across like a plus sign. Toss all of the biscuit pieces into the bowl with the butter mixture and gently move around with tongs to completely cover all of the dough balls with the butter.

Lightly spray the inside of your dutch oven with nonstick spray and then transfer the biscuit balls into the DoveWare. Place in the oven and bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool most of the way and then either serve directly from the dutch oven by pulling off pieces or turning out onto a plate.
